We are a team of do’ers, not defined by a list of services we offer but rather seeing a problem and working to solve it and constantly evolving. We hope to go above and beyond to get you to where you want to be, offering support and care along the way. We want to encourage a community and united culture when often many are battling on alone and unsure where to turn or who to ask for help. If we can’t do something, we may know someone who can, or who has done it before. Together We Are Grit.

After ten years of remote working, where efficiency and productivity always came first, we kept having the same conversation with people in the same boat. We all missed the mundane stuff: the small chit-chat, the bigger life chats, and the inspiration and collaboration that come from being around others.
So when the opportunity came up, we jumped at it. What began as Work From Home Newquay is about to become Grit Culture The Office.

We feel events are all about the small details, crazy organisational skills and making sure people leave feeling different to when they arrived.
In the last couple of years we have been involved in Boardmasters, Snowbox, UTMB and now are very proud to say we have our own event: Cornwall’s Backyard Ultra.
